Moleskine 1

Here's a Moleskine picture I did with my niece Rachel. She helped choose colours. She's 5. I bought a Moleskine on a whim while at an amazing bookstore in Don Mills. I needed something to sketch in while I settle into my new studio and located all the boxes I had shipped from the East. I touched it up in Photoshop. I think this little piece reflects the influence of being in Toronto; visiting store galleries like Magic Pony and having access to the incredible collection at The Beguiling and really all the things you have access to in a big city.
